Opt-out
This page explains how to opt out of non-essential communications and how to adjust cookie preferences. If you are in an active engagement, certain operational messages may still be necessary to deliver the requested work.
1) Email opt-out
You can request to stop receiving non-essential emails from LynxNow by:
- replying to an email you received and writing “opt out” in the message, or
- sending a new message to [email protected] with the subject “Opt-out request”.
Please include the email address you want us to update and a short note describing the type of messages you want to stop.
3) Preference categories
We distinguish between:
- Operational communications: messages necessary to respond to your inquiry or coordinate an engagement.
- Non-essential communications: optional updates that are not required for delivering requested work.
- Cookie categories: required cookies and performance cookies (if enabled).
When you opt out of non-essential communications, operational messages may still be sent if needed to address your request.
4) How to request (recommended format)
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- your name and organization ;
- the email address to update;
- what you want to opt out of (non-essential emails, specific message types, etc.); and
- any relevant context (for example, if you are currently in an active engagement).
